the location was perfect, close to walk around Napoli, but out of the chaos of Napoli. the staff were so kind, the breakfast was amazing, the facilities and access to tea, coffee, fruit and cakes in the day was a really nice touch. We were able use cutlery and plates as we liked to eat our purchases from the markets and Delicatessens - this was really appreciated. the building is beautiful. we had nothing to fault in our stay.

Excellent location by Castel Dell'Ovo and Chiaia area outside the crazy old downtown. Excellent spread for breakfast, with many local tortes and pastries. When we asked, they gave us a topper to make the bed softer and replaced a pillow! Nice space, and the elevator worked. Very secure.

Great location, nice ambience and decor. Quiet . Helpful staff. Good breakfast ( lots of cake) able to make coffee tea out of hours. Close to sea, port and restaurants

Staff were really friendly and helpful, sorted a question we had about our onward ferry booking. Breakfast had brilliant selection of home baked cakes and bread. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, everything worked. It also had a great private terrace, which we used loads We really enjoyed our stay at the Daily Napoli and would recommend it

The room was spacious and clean. Very quiet as there were 2 doors in a room. The design was cute as well. There was no kettle or coffee maker (as well as cutlery) in a room, but there was a good one in a common area (dining area). Staffs are kind, friendly, and very informative. They told me lots of places to watch in Naples. I couldn't do enough research before the trip so it was very helpful. The loation is not very close to the center of the city and many sightseeing spots, but as the neighborhood is comparatively safe and decent, it's really up to you whether to take location first or safety first. I enjoyed many fancy restaurants and walking along the ocean nearby this place. There were a lot of breakfast options. I enjoyed the Naples' traditional meal. The elevator in the building was a little bit confusing but I was getting used to it eventually.

Amazing homemade cakes. Very warm and helpful staff members. The information provided before arrival is very useful. We arrive late night and they offered the self-check in for free, which is so convenient.
