We had a great stay! Everybody was friendly and made our trip as comfortable as possible. Starting with our first contact with Front Office Manager Gisella until our check out everything was good. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good to start the day. The hotel was great to explore the city. We could walk to a lot of sightseeing spots and for wider distances we used the Metro in front of the hotel. It was also easy to reach the Station and get to Pompeii, Ercolano and the Vesuv.

Room is spacious and beautifully designed. The bath room is grand. Good to have balcony with city view. Great location. The lovely Giselle is very helpful.

The room is very modern, great shower system. Well located and friendly staff. Gianluca saved us after a cancelled flight, + small earthquake and taxi strike almost made it impossible to reach the airport in time.

- The rooms were a good size, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was really good. - The location was safe and very accessible, next to a metro station. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. - Good value for money.
