The location was perfect, the room was immaculately clean with housekeeping visiting every day. The bed was extremely comfortable. All the little extras were appreciated and made all the difference (tea, coffee, biscuits, croissants, sweeties, water, juice, beer, yoghurts, fleecy blankets, plenty of toilet paper, guide books, maps etc.) The balcony was great for people watching and although it was extremely busy, we were not disturbed by noise from the road below. It was perfect for out 4 night stay.

The location was excellent. Very clean and Claudia went out of her way to help us. The only thing that I can comment on is that the wasn’t so comfortable.

Great location in the heart of Napoli, and lovely to have your own big fridge and great big wall mounted TV. The croissants at Charlie’s for breakfast are amazing! Would recommend!
