Friendly staff and great housekeeping. Close to station. Good sized room with adequate storage and “normal” coat hangers. Great shower. Very clean. Plenty of USB charging ports. Full length double glazed windows opening onto a small balcony overlooking the street with its market activities. Ample fridge space (no minibar). Excellent lighting options. Brilliant breakfast options with daily menu changes. It was a lovely stay in this very well designed hotel.

The geographical location is very good , Napoli Centrale/ Garibaldi is the real communication hub in Naples. It is only a 100 meters away. Rooms are very clean and an abundance of a white marble but sparsely equipped. good staff at reception.

The hotel was easy to find, and the location was perfect - easy to access trains and taxis, central to all the places I wanted to and lots of restaurant and food options close by. The room was comfortable and I loved that there was a kettle provided and I could make a cup of tea at the end of the day. The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave great advice about getting to the attractions I wanted to see.

Location is just opposite to the centrale railway station, very convenient. Most restaurant are located at ground.
