The room was cleaning and tidy, the common area outside as well. The beds where comfortable bathroom was very clean. The host Jerome was very kind and helpful person. The place is located right next to the main train station as well as the metro station, very easily for getting to the airport and back via alibus for 5euro or the public transport for 1,20. Of course you can call a taxi if you a bowler and pay $30 to €40, like my stupid a** did the first time😂. You have small grocery store right next to the main gate for the building, variety of different cafeterias in the area as well as nice and relatively well priced restaurants around the area. Pretty much happy with the place highly recommend and I will gladly go back for my next trip to Napoli 😊👌

Balcony view was amazing, location perfect for exploring and close to the train station, the door locking system was interesting. Quiet for sleeping. Note that this is on the 7th floor and you need 10 euro cents to use the lift.

The best location in Napoli. The staff was very nice and helpful we couldn’t ask for more! We were there on Valentine’s day and the room was decorated in valentine theme plus one champagne and chocolate for the guests. Recommended!

The location, view and most importantly the welcome from the host. All facilities in good working order and tea, coffee and water included. The host was full of information and we followed his recommendation on places to visit and eat. Safe and secure property and 7 floors up provided fantastic views of the city.

The location was great. Very easy to get to almost any point in the city. Cleaning was provided on a regular basis. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Good communication and friendly welcome. Nice place and nice location. It's not super deluxe, but that's also not what you pay for. Loved the view from the balcony, that's a nice extra. And very friendly staff, which was lovely! Would definitely recommend!

I love the cleaning lady there, unfortunately didn't ask for her name. She was extremely nice, helpful and seriously, did a fantastic job with cleaning the place. She does magic for this place.

It is the perfect place to make your trip to Naples unforgettable. The room with a view of Vesuvius is the highlight of the hotel. Jerome is very friendly and took care of our comfort as much as possible. He recommended places to visit. And made a pleasant surprise in honor of the wedding anniversary, which we celebrated in Naples. The room was cleaned every day. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner works well, there is always hot water in the shower. In general, the comfort was at the highest level, even more than we expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this establishment and we can't thank our host Jérome enough for his warm welcome, his constant availability and his advice and recommendations on the town and the region, which were extremely useful! The rooms offer a very pleasant panoramic view when you wake up and are extremely clean. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to stay in Napoli!
