It was a fantastic stay. We were so well looked after. Very helpful and very welcoming. The facilities were exactly what was needed - rooms spacious and comfortable. Service was excellent. Location was also good being near the railway station (ideal for getting to Pompeii and arriving from Rome). Also easy to explore City from where we stayed. Giusi went the extra mile on several occasions to help us find places to visit, transport arrangements and restaurant recommendations. Exceeded expectations on all fronts. 10/10.

The room was lovely as was the host meeting us at the front door and helping us with our bags. Breakfast included with gluten free options for us. . As it is close to the station which is a bonus the area is not the best but just go a couple of streets away and you are in the historic center.

An amazing haven in the shabby elegance of Napoli. The welcome & service was exceptional. Both Manuella & Richard were on hand 24/7 for all our needs. The breakfast was generous & in the room, what’s not to like. Location wise, just on the edge of the historic old town and close to the station, perfect! We would highly recommend & maybe revisit one day😎 Merci & grazie xxx

Very friendly staff, Great breakfast served in your room with lots to choose from, Great view to people watch, Great recommendation for amazing restaurant nearby, Free water each day, Mini bar was reasonably priced with a good selection, Comfy bed, Large room, Great facilities.

The staff was friendly and helpful. On the day of our arrival before the rooms were ready, we were offered coffee and delicious pastries. The rooms were well equipped. Breakfast in the room the following day was also delicious and plentiful. The staff was also helpful in arranging transfers for us.

You arrive at an old tenement block on the corner of the busy Piazza Principe Umberto with a cage lift to take you to the first floor, all very ‘Ripley’. Once inside you are in an oasis of calm opulence with high ceiling room, great bed and all the facilities you need, including breakfast brought on a trolley in the morning. The small balcony is great to watch the traffic chaos over breakfast!
