Great breakfast brought to room, with GIANT pastries. Amazing location, really friendly staff and the gelato next door is the best value and taste we had in Napoli or Rome and we ate a lot of gelato!

Antonio couldn’t do enough for us on our stay. Very welcoming and was always on hand to help with booking trips/excursions or advice on places to eat. The hotel is centrally located very close to the Scappanapoli and a short walk to the shore. We would thoroughly recommend Citykey to anyone!

The hotel is in the center of napoli on via toledo st.It is close to everything by foot. The rooms are very well decorated.The breakfast is very good and served in the room . we eat on a small balcony infron of piaza denta. The manager hellped us with every thing we needed. Also wait for us for late checkin. A very good boutiqe hotel in center napoli. very recomended.

Central location, Antonio is a great host, he gave me great recommendations about local restaurants and very helpful with information regarding day excursions. Will stay again when in Naples.

it was well situated to get around to all the activities we had planned including the metro to get to further away items and the staff were beyond helpful. Stefano and the team at CityKey and also the staff at the café downstairs were amazing. you could not have asked for better people.

The room was very clean, comfortable and even though it faces into Piazza Dante, was surprisingly quiet. The manager was very helpful, friendly and communicative - contacted us before our arrival with very useful directions. We also received a map of what to see in Naples as well as recommendations for places to eat and visit. Added bonus is that the hotel is just down the road from Via Toledo as well as the historical centre. As a base for our first trip to Naples , it was exactly what we needed. We certainly enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Everything! Excellent standard in all respects. Much more than a B & B with very nice bedrooms, bathrooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent service by Antonio and Lucia, couldn’t do more for us. Meet and Greet on time, extra services such as taxi arrangement for us back to airport. Early breakfast no problem!

Great location, modern & clean. Great A/C! But most of all the staff, Antonio & Lucia. They kept in communication with us before our arrival and made sure someone was there after hours to meet us with the keys. Even after our flight was delayed. Thanks again!

The manager Antonio was kind to reach out before I got there and helped with our bags as there was no elevator. It was about 3 flights of steps though so not too bad. He also sent us tips on places to go, food, etc. It was very nice. The location was perfect, amenities modern and in top shape, AC worked excellently. I loved that the room had a little balcony that overlooked Piazza Dante and very nice to sit and have a drink at night. I will stay again and recommend this to anyone coming to Napoli.
