Alessandro was great. He was very kind and gave great recommendations. He is very knowledgeable about the area. The room had air-conditioning and a Juliet balcony with a beautiful view. Great stay, would highly recommend staying here.

I had a Junior Suite room,the view exceeded my expectations. The central location, in front of the hotel you have the metro and you can move easily. You can reach the airport in 30 minutes by bus. Clean, spacious room.

The staff was nice (the one time I saw them, at check in). The room was spacious and clean, there was no noise from the street, the AC worked well. The location was quite practical, not the most exciting area, but very close to the old town and via Toledo and the harbor. Next to a metro station. I checked in at 16 while the reception was open and had no issues. The place worked well for my needs.

Excellent safe location in Naples, we canceled a different stay for this one last minute and don’t regret the decision at all. Very close to the port and amazing restaurants around. We felt very safe here.

The accommodation was fine, the location was great, but by far the best thing was the receptionist. By far the kindest receptionist ever, he went out of his way to help, suggested the best spots in the city, and offered to store my backpack. I would definitely return to this accommodation just because of him. Kudos!

Allesandro the host was excellent, gave us so much information on what to see and do, very pleasant and couldn't have done more for us. And was very funny too. Location was excellent too, right in the middle of all the parts of Naples you would want to see Room was comfy , spacious and clean.

The room was clean and spacious, as well, had a great view from the balcony. The location was only 2 metro stops away from the Napoli train station, so not difficult to get to.
