This hotel did the Wow effect on us, everything is extremely organized, clean, fragrant, gives you a feeling of peace and tranquility, the rooms are beautiful, well furnished, clean bathrooms with everything you need, it has a refrigerator in the room, comfortable beds and an environment to relax and sleep well after a long day in the city. The staff is helpful, polite and very friendly. Andrea the girl at the reception was very kind to us and allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of extra hours while we took a last look around the city before catching our flight back. We will definitely be back! Thanks guys for such a good job

Location. Decor - very stylish. Breakfast was great on our first day but thereafter was hit and miss. Room size was excellent. Andreana was delightful as were her staff at reception. Extremely helpful. Very quiet given we were near via Roma. We felt safe in the area.

The staff from the front desk was amazing. They helped us with some restaurants (which were extraordinary), and answered all of our questions.

The location was great, it was very quiet and the staff were very helpful. In particular Miriana at the front desk helped us with bar and dinner suggestions. She made bookings and advised us about transfers. She was professional and knowledgeable, and was a bonus for us.
