The place is beautiful, so ornate. Gorgeous comfortable room, lots of snacks and drinks included in the mini bar and replenished every day. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful.

Slightly difficult to find but when we did - wow. The building is amazing. Our room was fabulous and spacious. Bed very comfortable and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was offered between 8-11 and had many options, the only issue was that if you book trips from Naples you have to meet at 8 so therefore you have to find an alternative for breakfast . The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Naples is a noisy city but the hotel offers earplugs. Can highly recommend.

Nothing was spared to restored and furnished an entire "piano nobile" to it's former glory. Thanks to the owner or Patron, who I must say did an amazing job and allowed us to stay in a piece of history.

This was one of the most unique and special places I have ever stayed. To sleep in a 17th Century palace is incredible. The location is in the heart of Naples and the breakfast room and decor was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar is amazing, with so many drinks to choose from and it was all included.

Everything! We came back for a couple of nights after a few days of side trip. (See my other review.) Everything was as perfect as before, and even better as we already knew the staff. (We got a welcome home!) Danilo looked after us superbly. The two housekeepers were friendly, and they did a perfect job!
