Location, nice views, direct contact either the owner, the place was quiet. It is spacious apartment for a couple or possibly 3-4 people.

The property is located fantastically, It is very close to margellina station that links to basically all main locations and it is also walking distance from the lungomare walk, port, aquarium, cruiseliner terminal, swimming zones and numerous shops and restaurants. The property enjoys two large windows which open on the city and sea, There are two televisions and the bedroom is also very comfortable with lots of storage space. We did not need to use them because start June it was cool enough but there are also airconditioners.
