The apartment is very clean and nice, and the area is quiet, with lots of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is also good; you can get sweet or salty pastries, cakes, pizza, and coffee. Emilio was extremely helpful and friendly! I'd definitely come back.

The location was great. Walking distance to the centre in a ten minutes. Very safe in the area. After the initial embarrassment of the breakfast cafeteria, we loved the hustle and bustle. You just start breakfast first thing in the morning at the place where the locals go to get their coffee and food on their way to work. They have amazing fresh orange juice, coffee, sweety or salty pastries. We went to Capri for one night and were delighted that the owner checked to make sure we were ok. Room very quiet, although close to a busy street. Furnishings new, everything smells good and unlike many places we have been in Italy no problems with smell from the garbage. Owner always communicating well on whatsapp.

Great and very safe location to explore Napoli. Self Check-in was easy and very well explained. Room was very modern and clean. Breakfast options at the cafe nearby were amazing.

We've had a great time (during our second visit) at Picchio di Chiaia. It is an excellent B&B in the city center 5 minutes from the coastal line. Nearby there are many bars restaurants and shops. With the new Metro Line its is optimal linked to public transportation.

Everything was perfect. The host was very helpful, gave us all the information we need and even mail me back a dress that I forgot in the room after we checked out. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

The breakfast was typical Italian. Cornetti were fresh and tasty. Coffee delicious like in Italy Room silent but near the busy street. Good location
