Our stay was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible hostess, Antonietta. She was not only warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, but also incredibly sweet, patient, and kind throughout our entire stay. One moment that stood out was when our flight was unexpectedly canceled. We were stressed and unsure about our next steps, but Antonietta stepped in with such calmness and compassion. She reassured us, helped us find alternate arrangements, and made sure we were comfortable and safe. Her kindness truly turned a frustrating situation into a manageable one, and we couldn't be more grateful. It's rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond like she did. Her patience and genuine care for us made all the difference, and I can't thank her enough for making our stay so relaxing during such a stressful time. Highly recommended!
