The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, but the staff working and serving breakfast could have had a friendlier approach. We stayed in spacious and modern room for four. The double bed was very comfortable, but the bed sofa is maybe more appropriate for young children since it was very soft. In the evening we found a nice restaurant/bar just behind the hotel and the famous pizzeria Da Michele is just around the corner too. Over all we are very satisfied with our stay and it was close to the central station which was good since we had a train to catch the next day.

Large clean comfortable room. Good breakfast and sun terrace. Helpful staff - we were late arriving but they kept reception open for us.

Lovely place in a convenient location, walking distance to the station and historical centre. We stayed for only one night in a triple room which was generous in size, clean and had everything we needed. Some of the previous comments suggested it might be loud in the night but we found it quite peaceful and pleasant. Breakfast was very nice and served on the top floor where there is a lovely terrace - ideal for warm summer days! Receptionist was also very kind and gave us a safe key when we asked for. All in all a lovely 1 day/night stay in Naples!

The bathroom is big and bright. The bed is comfortable and furniture seems to be new. Sheets and towels are clean.

Location is great - close to train station but not too close. Close to everything and easy to find. Room was clean and basic.
