A very spacious apartment with a lovely manager, Gabrielle who explained us everything about the flat. A lot of facilities are there to keep you comfortable. He even provided a map and explained how to navigate the city.

The apartment was large, bright and spacious, in a great location, close to central locations and close to the sea and the promenade. Gabrielle was an excellent host, available for any question and request.

We stayed in Casa del Plebiscito for a week in August (UK school holidays!) - the first thing I’d say is that for a large, 3-bedroom, well located apartment in the school holidays, this place was exceptionally well priced!!! Secondly, guys, the pictures don’t do it justice! This place has high ceilings and is huge! The main bedroom is almost as big as my whole flat in UK! It is a stunning space, it is light and cool (excellent AC) and has 3 decent bedrooms and two decent bathrooms and full size kitchen. Thirdly, Gabriel the owner is the most helpful and accommodating host. He chatted to us weeks before our arrival re any queries we had and bent over backwards to help us and gave us loads of local knowledge too. Finally the location is great. It’s perfectly placed for everything, easy to walk to port and old town - near two metro stations and a bus stop and even near the water for a swim! With loads of local restaurants and bars - and a shopping street just behind. Plus load of little extras like toilet roll, cleaning products, bottled water and condiments I didn’t expect, which just save those extra pennies at the supermarket- you know so you don’t have to buy a whole pot of salt for a week:) I’ve booked over 50 places, around the world via booking.com over the years and this was the best so far. BTW it’s not a super polished/modern luxury apartment - but it’s real Naples, perfectly rustic and makes you feel like a real local while experiencing this amazing city, while having everything you need and being spotlessly clean.

Amazing flat with amazing hosts! The hosts were always willing to help us and stayed up late to provide us with a late check out. The flat is very comfortable and spacious (we were a family of 6 people). Location is ideal and close to famous pizzerias. For completeness, I would only note that there are 34 steps outside the main building and 24 steps inside the main building to go to the flat as there was no lift for Floor 1 so be prepared if you are traveling with large luggages. Would definitely book this flat again when in Naples!

The hosts were very accommodating when a train strike delayed our arrival by more than an hour. They were also very responsive when we contacted them. They provided an excellent overview of our location in relation to transportation and things to visit and recommendations for restaurants. Usually this place is rented for larger groups, but the two of us enjoyed having extra space to spread out, a kitchen, which we used for only for breakfasts, and a washing machine and drying rack. I had booked the place without paying a lot of attention to location, and was so lucky to find it was in a very good location on a quiet street in a bustling area. It felt very safe, everything we needed was accessible nearby, and two Metro stations and the funicular were a 10 minute walk away. Also, there was a taxi station just down the block, making it easy to get a taxi.

Wonderful location. Near the Piazza del Plebiscito, the historic center and the seafront. Gabrielle is an excellent, very helpful host.
