Right near the central station which was great for us with luggage! Garibaldi station is right at the doorstep of the hotel which was perfect for our day trip to Pompeii and getting into the city centre. Facilities and staff were great, with staff taking our luggage up to our room and storing it for us at checkout free of charge. Definitely more high end which was evident in all aspects, would highly recommend!

The receptionists (Vittorio and another guy) were great! They both spoke very good English (finally after 6 days in Italy they were the first that we managed to communicate!) The guys at the parking were very helpful since we had to pick up the car at 3:00 in the morning and they arranged to open the garage just for us. The room was spacious, super clean and they had an extra very cute detail for our kids! Even the location is very very busy during day time, we had a very relaxing and quiet sleep. I wish we had stayed longer!!!

The hotel is outside the Napoli train station so it’s very convenient . I like the lounge area. Was so cozy and big for a group travel . The space is massive and it looks neat. One feels very contactable in , smell fresh

Breakfast offered good selection. Location was perfect, next to train station and convenient pick up for day tours just at the door step.

Loved my room clean and comfortable. Especially the feather pillows. Staff were excellent. Checking in was smooth. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. View from my balcony at night was superb The location was excellent right across from the station.

Location is the best, next to the Naples central station. Staff are great, very nice, helpful and fluent in English, breakfast is good, and last but not least the room, (especially the bathroom) is excellent. The facility gives me an overall 5 star experience. This hotel should be classified as 5 stars

The hotel was in an excellent location adjacent to the main train station and metro station. It was easy to walk into the old town and get tours from the hotel. The room was large, comfortable and the shower was very powerful. There was a kettle and mini fridge. Our room had a big balcony allowing us to observe the manic traffic! The bed was really comfortable with a choice of pillows and the air con worked we.

Front desk is nice and helpful. Very good location, just few steps from terminus, metro and bus stops. A nice Chinese restaurant nearby. The inner room is absolute isolated from noise outside.
