Good location, clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Well maintained even though it was an old building. Recently refurbished and the staircase and our room was renovated to a high standard. It was close to the ferries, metro, restaurants and shops.

The hotels location is perfect especially if you’re getting the ferry from Sorrento, the check in guy was brilliant he took a long time showing us maps of Naples where he recommended places to visit and where to eat. The hotel is very clean and the room and bathroom spotless. The room was a good size and was quiet, there was no noise from other guests or rooms. The view wasn’t great as we looked into a courtyard it was quite dark but we were not spending any real time in the room so it didn’t matter. The breakfast the next morning was great with a nice selection of food with friendly servers. It was also great value for money, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with a great location, helpful staff and a clean nice room!

The hotel is kept very clean and is well air conditioned which is vital in Naples! The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location is close to some good shopping streets (Toledo, Chiaia) and Gambrinus cafe.

I was in naples twice in the space of a month, and I had 2 polar opposite hotel experiences. Firstly this hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world, remarkably brilliant staff, clean room excellent WiFi, brilliant location just a jewl of a hotel. A lovely breakfast with a large menu option. I arrived early to find they were able to check me in by organising housekeeping hours before check in time and that kind of experience continued upto the time of check out. I'd give the hotel more than 10 out of 10 if I could.
