Great staff, but very simple and old-looking rooms. Also very noicy at times, could hear people outside and in the corridors very well. Very nice location if you Are planning to use the public transports such as the metro and train, easy to Get to city center

Very easy to find. Close to the Alibus stop for buses to and from the airport, and the Naples Central and Circumvesuviana train stations. Main entrance opening onto the Piazza Garibaldi with reception desk open 24 hours. Very warm welcome on arrival. Clean and comfortable. Also discount for guests at the Fidele 2 restaurant next door.

That's a great hotel to stay in Napoli, close to the train station and with the metro just a few steps away. Clean hotel, refurbished a little time ago. Great staff, had a shower issue that was solved in minutes. I recommend.

Best shower we had on our trip through Europe. Air con worked well to keep our room cool. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great for the price. Plenty of food options around.
