Great staff, good variety of breakfast choices. It was my partner's birthday during our stay and they left some treats for us, without us asking for them! Great water pressure in the shower. They provided earplugs as it is a busy area, but they were only needed for Saturday night, and then only for a while.

Great location, a short walk from Toledo Metro station. Felt like you were right in the hub of everything with being on the little (any busy) alleyways. Room was very comfortable and the staff extremely happy and helpful!

This hotel is about a 5min walk from the metro station (Toledo) and right in the Spanish Quarter. When we arrived, we thought there must be an event or festival happening but we were assured that it was just a normal Sunday. The neighbourhood is bustling with traffic, shops, restaurants, and general life happening everywhere. Our room was fantastic with lots of space to put our luggage in a sort of "hallway" with wooden built-ins. We had a queen bed + 2 single beds in a loft which meant our teens had their own space. The room was cozy and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really nice with plenty of options. The staff working the front desk in the hotel were lovely - friendly and helpful.
