The receptionist who was on the morning shift is the only one who speaks English, and he helped me a lot with some questions I had.

The location was good close to the central station and not far from the old town. However, there was a bit of a walk to the port. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was basic, but when considering the price paid, it was everything you would expect in Italy.

At the price we were offered, the hotel was great value for money. Some reviewers found that the location was rough, but this probably has to do with the fact their expectations needed to be calibrated against the Neapolitan realities (the area is clearly rougher as one approaches the train station, but this hotel isn't quite there yet). The room was also spacious, with a pleasant balcony. I particularly appreciated how the staff allowed us to check in already in the morning upon our arrival from the ferry terminal. Not all hotels do that,

The staff are friendly, courteous and very attentive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of professionalism. The front desk team was incredibly efficient during check-in, providing all the information we needed and answering all questions with genuine enthusiasm and even providing tips on the best places. Their knowledge and willingness to help made my trip so much smoother

I like it there. I booked the room for nice price. I walked from railway station, many strange people are walking, standing around, hotel advised me which streets I should go, around 10 minutes. I didn't have any problem. I have seen a lot of policemen (and soldiers) even in the night on turistic places. But I tried to avoid to go in the night to backside empty streets with low light (with no people walking there). There were not so many variety for breakfast, but it was ok for me. Staff there were friendly.

Very good location of the hotel near Garibaldi station and the historic city. Good choice for spending some time in the city to try the best of the Naples. The guys from the reception were nice and helpful.

Location is fine nearby station but little noisy as it was touched to main shopping street. Room was clean and way check in and check out.. breakfast was good. So overall value deal.
