My room was upgraded. The gentleman on reception helped me with my luggage. My room was really large and lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Very central location just minutes from Train and Bus stations. A very pleasant stay. Happy to recommend.

Great price/performance accommodation option close to the train station and near the best sfogliatelle shop ever. Helpful staff and surprisingly well-pripared tasty breakfast.

Location was excellent if you plan on sightseeing by either train or bus. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room had a fridge and a kettle which was good. The staff were very helpful and cheery and it was excellent value for money

The property was a little humble but really comfortable and the staff are great, area was a bit of an eye opener when we arrived but as a dad/16 year old son group this wasn’t a problem for us and I didn’t see it like that again through our stay, the location is really great for everything we were there for (football, pompeii, Vesuvius climb) and the beds were really comfortable.

The staff is attentive, accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect. The room is exceptionally clean and maintained daily. The bed is great, and the air conditioner works perfectly. The staff also ensures a comfortable temperature by lowering the shutters for our comfort. We had a great time, thank you!

Central location a few minutes walk from the main railway station. The street does not look promising but the hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff always present.
