Really great location of the hotel, right next to the main shopping street. We have a room on a top floor, nice view. Otherwise I would not remember the hotel for anything but that I slept there.

The location is great. Handy for San Carlo opera house. It's a very short walk to a Metro station, there's a small supermarket on the next street, and the view from the top floor breakfast room is superb. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. Breakfast is very good, but not quite as good as during our previous stay two years ago.

Staying at The Grand Hotel Oriente was a lovely experience from my arrival in the car being greeted by the check in seamless, my luggage taken to my room & the features of the room explained, the beautiful room with balcony and bathroom, bathrobes and the restaurant with wonderful food...the cleanliness and the excellent Breakfasts , along with the proximity to great shopping .

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel itself was in a great location. Good public space and facilities ( roof top bar too) for waiting out a late flight home.Our room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and great service level. The lounge area was very comfortable and we enjoyed the top floor bar. Rooms were quiet and well equipped.
