Ciao Marina Hotel had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and apartment was clean. Location is also great: close to the subway and just 15’ walking distance from the city center. Also - even if breakfast is not offered - there are plenty of good cafes nearby.

The room was very clean, they thought of everything including toiletry kits, slippers etc. Even told us that we can eat/drink anything in the fridge. The location is perfect, close to the metro station and the port. Walking distance to the center. No noise coming from outside or from the rooms next to us. Isuru was also very helpful, he even stayed until midnight to check us in.

Very very good experience. Highly recommend. Clean and cozy. Provided free snacks, coffee (including coffee machine) and free mini bar including a champagne. Very considerate, provided ear plugs and waterproof hair cup. And the coins for elevator. There were AC, fridge, TV (Netflix) in the room. Two gentle man at the checkin desk are very nice and helpful, recommend local restaurants and good places to go. The best experience.
