We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and the Alibus shuttle for the airport, and also because it had a 24-hour reception and opened directly onto the Piazza Garibaldi. We had read various reviews about safety concerns around the main square but we felt reasonably safe especially as there were lots of police and army patrols. There are communal spaces in the reception area with paid-for coffee machines, etc, where guests can hang out and also a rooftop area with great views over the city. Breakfast was fine, with gluten-free options on request, and the early check-in (2pm) and late check-out (midday) were very convenient for us as we were just staying overnight in Naples on our way back from the Amalfi Coast before flying home. The room was clean and comfortable, basic but well appointed, and it had everything we needed. (It reminded me of a Premier Inn type of hotel in the UK.) We had a room on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the square.

Great view of the square from our balcony plus the top viewing deck was outstanding during the day time and at night. The two young ladies at the front desk were amazing..really helped with our luggage storage before and after checking.

Very convenient location only a 5 minute walk from the station. Good selection at breakfast. Huge rooms with comfy beds.

Super good value for money. Location is great. The stuff was very nice and friendly (which is rare for this region). Amazing views on Vesuvius from the balcony and from the rooftop.

Fantastic breakfast where an engaged host served us Napolitanian specialties every morning and gave us advice on what to not miss in Napoli etc. Excellent!
