The location is awesome, walk to pool, esplanade, shops etc. On street parking but never had a problem. Room clean, as were bathrooms, all extremely adequate for budget accommodation. Always meet interesting travellers and the staff are great!

Fantastic location but the place is old, you can hear everything. The room (with a bunk bed) is extremely small but that’s to be expected. They clean the bathrooms every day and the lounge on the ground floor is nice. The kitchen is ok.

Good showers, comfortable bed. Excellent staff at front desk to welcome you and show the facilities. Very friendly and affordable rates.

Private double room, had a sink in the room which was good. No Aircon or fan. Kitchen was good. Lots of works going on, so a few areas off limits. Slightly building-site like when we stayed.

It was a bed and shared bathroom experience which was all I was there for. The price was right and the location perfect I only saw staff to checkin. The other guests mostly young were quiet and respectful of others. It was like a backpackers.

Very good location. Staff very helpful in providing a secure place for me to park my motorcycle overnight. The property came into new ownership about a month ago, and they are refurbishing the place with many changes, so expect a lot of upgrading. Work stopped at 6pm and I didn't hear any activity before we left at 10am, so not interfering with sleep. Best of luck to the new owners.

They are in the process of renovating but very good space to work with ! Beds and rooms were comfy, slightly cramped but still comfortable. Helpful staff. Awesome roof/balcony space
