Perfect location for exploring Rotorua. We were able to walk into the town each evening for a meal. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment, which is much needed but overall a lovely place to stay,

Everything you want from a hotel - spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great views and friendly staff. They were so accommodating letting us check in early, especially considering it was a very wet day and we didn't particularly want to be stuck outside. Could not fault the location - so close to everything with free onsite parking made our holidays very enjoyable and stress free. The carpark gets very full by the end of the day so I highly recommend arriving earlier or during dinner time when everyone is out, otherwise you may miss out.

We were upgraded rooms as on our 1st room we spotted a few spots of what seemed to be blood on the bathroom wall near toilet, (I have an eye for noticing things like that) totally understand these things can be missed by the very busy cleaner! Our room we were upgraded to had a beautiful view of the ocean, the beds were comfy, the room we got had room service and a mini bar so that was a bonus, we were near the end so was quite as not alot of other people staying going past. Tv was a good size and lots of channels. Room was pretty clean and tidy and well presented. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. They are open 24 hours which is also great. We enjoyed our stay!

Reception staff were polite but not friendly. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, but some things were a bit worn (the carpet, walls, and decor) Location was good.
