The location was lovely. Opposite the beach and near a range of food places. Room was a great size for a short trip. Cleaning and service daily. Wonderful friendly and helpful owners. Would recommend to family and friends.

Location, owner was very welcoming and on site to help with recommendations and how clean and comfy it was! Perfect place to stay while visiting Napier.

The owner was very friendly and helpful with information about the area, restaurants, etc. Our unit was very nicely designed and tastefully decorated with lots of extras (coffee, tea, cookies, drinks, etc., as well dishes, utensils and glasses; upon request, he brought us a microwave). There was a nice patio with a table and chairs. The property is across the street from the ocean and free street parking is conveniently located just outside the gate. Quiet location with lots of dining options nearby.

The position of the property is sensational, easy walk to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants.. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and powerful… Very clean

Well located with a bit of an ocean view. Very comfortable, well appointed and laid out. Parking is in the street but right in front of the units. Napier is also an interesting place to visit.

It was very cute and clean. Parking right outside. Cafes and restaurants short walk away. The beach is a beautiful spot for swimming and the cycle trails were right across the road. Gary was an excellent host, very helpful and he even let us store our bikes in his garage. We will definitely be back.

Gary met us on our arrival and gave us a full tour. Very hospital and made us very welcome. Apartment close to the bay with a good view.
