The room was exceptional, very comfortable and cozy. The staff was very helpful. The food was excellent. The restaurant was full of picturesque details. I enjoyed the company of the friendly pet dogs. I wished I could have stayed more nights.

The decor, the convenience, and the friendly service.The balcony was cozy to wine and chill with friends.Loved the bed and the quirky bathroom sink.The location was a short drive from the day spa.

We really enjoyed the fabulous, rustic setting. Their staff were great... & Lucas was very uplifting.. Lovely to walk down to their eclectically decorated restaurant for fantastic food. Glad we overnighted in Napier.

Rooms were neat and clean and ample drawers and space to unpack. Room had a small fridge and a microwave oven was a big plus. Enjoyed that Netflix were available in the room. Excellent restaurant facility with a great menu and options what made the stay great was the friendly staff that were very helpful even when they had their hands full with other arrangements off the site.

Comfortable and well furnished unit that is in the heart of Napier but nice and private. Very friendly and helpful staff.
