The property was very nice and cozy. The location was fantastic - a 10 minute walk to the harbour. The staff were amazing and very helpful... there was nothing we needed or asked for that they didn't provide. Anna had so much good advice and so did Christos. We have to mention Nicos as well. They were all very hospitable. Anthony and his family made us feel very welcome. We would love to come back .

Anna was amazing, very helpful and had lots of recommendations! She helped us book a tour which ended up being a highlight of our trip. The included breakfast amazing with lots of variety. Would highly recommend!

The staff at Mersina are absolutely astounding. I was there in the summer and Angi who managed the desk went over and above to help make sure my stay and travel went smoothly to and fro from the port and airport etc as well as just checking in on me as I was a solo woman traveller. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The mix of sweet and savoury was great and honestly it is more than enough to start your day on. I liked that it was a 10/15 minuet walk to a beach where the sunset was gorgeous to watch. Whilst it is on a busy road, the soundproofing on the windows in the room was sufficient to keep out the road noise and I slept really well. I would highly recommend staying here because the staff especially make you feel welcome, safe and as though you are family - even with the language barrier. Sorry for the super late review Mersina team. I enjoyed my stay with you this Summer

Very clean and comfortable room. Our room got upgraded when we arrived. 7 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the main town. The town of Naoussa is fantastic

I really liked the location of the hotel, it is walking distance from everything you could possibly need. The staff are exceptional, I've never felt more welcome. Anna will provide a detailed map at check in with all the information about the island. The breakfast was amazing, fresh pastries daily - amazing!

Anna at reception was amazing and so helpful. I was made to feel so welcome. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Rooms very clean although bathroom very basic. Bus stop to get around almost out the front and Anna gives you very helpful map and timetable. Walk into town about 10-15 mins.
