The manager was very helpful and arranged for a change of room, which I requested after my first night due to noise. My second room was much better, quieter, and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking onto the pool area in the second room I occupied.

The hotel was in a great position for exploring the town centre. The pool was a great addition and essential in the heat. Clean towels and bedding every day.

The location was beyond perfect, in the heart of the main area and only a short 2 minute walk to many bars and restaurants. The receptionist was very helpful, specifically when my friend had a fall and he gave us first aid equipment which was helpful and lovely.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating to my wife and I in our honeymoon, they gave us a fantastic newly renovated room and even gave us some wine which wasn't even available at the property since they don't have a bar. Very much enjoyed our time there, the location is perfect just by the foot bridge to all the nights activities and very quiet. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent location. Helpful staff helped us organise a transfer to the port. Nice pool area. Really recommend the Ragoussis bakery nearby. Rooms a bit outdated but comfortable enough. Our first room had some noise from the bar across the street so we moved to one overlooking the pool which was much better.

The location of the hotel is the very best in the town of Naoussa ! The beds where very comfortable, the rooms where small. The location was a high positive !
