Easy to access by car. Good breakfast: eggs, sausage, jogurt, muffins etc, area is quiet because it is between some kind betonic office buildings. Staff was really helpful. There was small kitchen: micro, waterboiler, stove and refrigerator.

The room was on the island, so not far from Nantes centre. The staff were helpful, the room was very clean and well-equiped with a kitchenette. Although it was a large hotel, unlike what we usually stay in, it served us very well, being quiet and with easy access to the major sites.

The location of the residence is perfect if you business or any activity in Beaulieu. There is a big shopping center nearby and several smaller supermarkets. The river is right in front of the residence, the view from the room was amazing. Room was comfortable and overall quiet. Enough equipment in the kitchen to cook etc.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were available all day for any questions we might have. You can tell they have been trained to treat customers right. The appartment was close to the centre, only two tram stops away. The residence gives student vibes with a business school next to it . Overall, you feel very well welcomed in this residential hotel. The breakfast is delicious. Staff: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Comfort of room : 9/10

The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The location was great, short walk over the bridge to bars/ restaurants. On street parking if available or Private parking just across the road.
