The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Unprompted they suggested where to eat on a Sunday and also about the free public transport. They also offered garage space for our motorcycle. The room was very spacious and clean but the bed a little too firm for me. The location is very central and convenient.

The location was very central to lots of cafes & restaurants. The tram line was only 2 minutes stop from the hotel. Staff had good levels of English & were very helpful.

Breakfast was excellent with a great choice to set us up for the day. We had a balcony outside our room with a table and 2 chairs, which was brilliant in the morning and evening after a long day sightseeing.
