Good location plus tram and bus stops directly opposite hotel, comfortable room and bed (superior room), helpful staff, small but nice lobby lounge area with free tea/coffee facilities, modern styled furnishings and fittings.

The designs were very quirky and the location was very convenient. The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. We loved the fact that there was an area with free tea and coffee, I thought this was a lovely idea. Beds were really comfortable!

Central location. 24 hour reception with helpful staff. They got us a taxi at short notice which was a huge help.

Great location and great place. The rooms very cozy, quite modern and clean. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The launge is very nice. I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Room was good with classic look. Location is perfect, in the center of city with all options in front of Tram, bus...restaurants, supermarket. Breakfast was good with lot of options in bread, cheese, fruits, etc. Also the unique items placed near reception & coffee machine was great.

The location is great, and the building is very nice. The lounge is a nice place to rest with a cup of tea.

Nice picture on the web... reality way different ! Location central but not convenient, taxi cannot drop you front... lot of alcoholics, homeless around... we were not feeling safe. Room need to be refurbished. Breakfast area and table not convenient, limited choice...

Location was great with plenty of pubs, restaurants and fast food places nearby and easy links to the football stadium which was the whole purpose

Room was adequate with some novel glas basins and cupboard. Good shower. Very plain otherwise. Found a coffee maker in a hidden away lounge. They sent me instructions on where to park beforehand.
