The staffs ar very welcoming and friendly. The size of the room is very spacious and the location wise is good. the shops and restauarnts are in walking distance. The staffs were very helpful in giving out information about the neighbourhood and the safety. It was a very smooth service throughout while I stayed here.

The hotel is in a very good area, very convenient, just a 10min walk from the centre with regular transport around the area. The staff were very helpful, always accommodating and a pleasure to meet. For my first solo trip abroad, I’m very happy that I picked Nantes and Hotel De La Cité. I’m recommending it to everyone!

I booked the hotel same day for a last minute flight and the check in was smooth, the rooms were very sizeable, clean and I managed to have a great view of the city. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating
