The fine print
For safety reasons, the sauna and the hammam are strictly prohibited for children under 16 years old. Access to the Spa (pool sauna hammam) is authorized for children under 16 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquillity of the place under pain of exclusion. Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Crystal Spa by using our e-Concierge App.
Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in (rate of the room x number of nights city taxes) a potential request of a credit card for a pre-autorisation or a cash deposit as a guarantee (50 Euros per person and per night).Parking: the hotel doesn’t have a private parking. You can park in the streets nearby (free of charge Mon-Sat from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., Sundays and Holiday Days). You can also park in the public Parking Joffre Saint-Thiébaut located 300 meters away from the hotel. If you validate your parking ticket at the Front Desk before exiting with your car, you’ll get a 10% discount.Bikes: the hotel doesn't have a garage or a place to store your bike and it is forbidden to bring your bike to your room.The spa is not very busy on week days. Easy walk from train and into the old part of town. Helpful staff, we were in the older building so we had nice windows opening to the street. Small but useful lift in this side. Good pool and sauna. Nice bar on the roof.

That they had a storage area for us to put my grandmothers wheelchair in. They were very friendly staff and was a great help in recommending local restaurants etc

The place is near the Nancy Train station so it is super convenient when traveling. It has a spa on level -1 it looks awesome.

All staff was kind and respectful. They were flexible and the room service was nice! The food tasted great for a relatively small price and the bar was amazing. They could make any niche drink you’d want by heart and have a great selection of beers. Wifi works well too! The spa is relaxing and soothing. They have cooled water with mint to drink after your sauna, it smells great and the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. It’s also the perfect depth: Being submerged until your shoulders while standing. Their system of booking a time slot is so there are never more than 12 people in the spa, however when there are less than 12 people that booked a slot, you can stay whenever you’d like and come and go. It’s also a good system to check when it’s likely that there are less people!
