Superb location, magnificient building, comfortable and quite spacious rooms, the feeling of staying in a castle. The prices of the minibar were surprisingly fair, around the prices you usually get at the train station. (Just 2-2,5 times more than normal price, unlike in most of the expensive hotels)

Lovely setting of the hotel on the hill of Namur. Reception staff on arrival was very friendly. The room was good and comfortable. Breakfast was very good in the morning and eggs were cooked fresh as required. Dinner was good but it took a long time to be served and the waiting staff (I know they are students) were not very organized. I would stay again and it would be nicer to stay at a different time of the year when the garden was open.

The hotel is largely staffed by trainee as the hotel is linked to a nearby college for tourism etc. The staff were brilliant. Attentive, polite, friendly. There are also some non-trainee staff. The food far exceeded my expectations. I intend to return.

The hotel provides a beuterful view of city as it locates on top of the highest hill. There is very nice staff. Rooms are cozy, but decorated with kitsch elements. The hotel are close to city citadel.

The room is amazing for the price, I get more than what I expected to get! The garden is beautiful, the roses smells really nice and the view is spectacular!

The chateau is a lovely building in a beautiful location. Although it is winter and so the gardens were not full of colour, it was still lovely. Very quiet resulting in a good night’s sleep. We chose to eat in the restaurant. The evening meal was superb and excellent value for money. Service was also excellent by our waiter Luka. Breakfast buffet also excellent. The shower was good, the room had a bath. The bed was large and comfortable. There was a fridge, mini bar. The hairdryer was an old fixed to the wall type. Luckily I took my own. Kettle and coffee machine provided.

The hotel is largely staffed by trainee as the hotel is linked to a training school for hotel / tourism. They we excellent. The setting for the hotel is superb. The food was excellent with small extras added to improve the dining experience.

We were 2 friends staying together and because they could no longer give us a twin room we got an excellent extra large double with worked perfectly. The dinner was excellent quality and outstanding value.
