We booked four rooms. The staff was very helpful - e.g. gave us a fridge to use and also upgraded one of our rooms for free.

I really like this hotel. It's a charming place to stay in the heart of Nakuru. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, comfortable and with home feeling charme.

The bed was big and cosy and despite my room being towards the road side, there was no noise; it was like the rooms are sound proof from external noise.

Very beautiful hotel, in the city and 4 km from the main gate of the Nationalpark. We stayed only one night, and left early for breakfast bit hot lunch package which was very nice.
