The rooms are great, nice beds, clean bathroom and basic amenities provided. Staff were generally really nice and helpful.

No aircon but the fan was sufficient (if noisy) Remember to turn on the fridge - I assumed it was on when I initially went into the room but it wasn’t. A bit annoying to have a kitchen but have to ask for any untensils at all. Free water daily. Really friendly staff and felt very safe

Could do with air con in room as fan not effective and very humid. Also water in bathroom very very hot. Can scald if not careful. Otherwise very good.

The room is bright and spacious! The entire hotel is very clean and there is many real plants which make it lovely. The staff is adorable and very helpful. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of Nairobi. And last but not least It's located just a few meters away from sarit center where are the best shops and restaurants of the city.

Very kind people at the reception. The room was clear and spacious, the bed is comfortable. Cleaning service is there every day. The restaurant at the 6th floor is good with a large selection. The view from the restaurant to the sport fields was great.

I stayed 7 days in total. The rooms and environment was immaculately clean. The staff are exceptionally pleasant. From security guys at the gate to desk staff to the kitchen staff were all wonderful bunch of people. Had minor issue which can happen in the most expensive hotel n the world, What matters is how its been dealt with or resolved. George the manager dealt with it immediately to my satisfaction. The kitchen staff that included Monica, Tiffany Tefo the chef and the rest were all lovely bunch nothing was too much to ask. On my last day emotions got the better of me leaving such beautiful souls behind. Good value for money and I say expensive hotels does not translate to satisfaction. I highly recommend and will return back again.
