The staff are really kind and are always happy to help, they provide a service to transport. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast have different options. The welcoming was really nice. And when leaving they let me leave my bags on the hotel and coke after to pick them

Their professionalism made all the difference. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and made traveling stress-free. The front desk team coordinated everything seamlessly, and their genuine care for guest comfort was evident. The hotel and the staff take such personalized care to ensure you have a hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!

Super attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast. My flight left at night so they let me check out until 8pm with no additional cost.

The location is ideal, conveniently close to the Village Market and the UN compound. The staff are exceptional—very kind and welcoming, especially Sofia, who is always smiling and eager to help. The two gentlemen at the reception were also incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. Together, they make you feel right at home. I would definitely return!

Could not fault this hotel, the room was beautiful, bed was comfy, the breakfast and meals in the restaurant were excellent. All the staff couldn't do enough for us. We wanted to go to the local shopping mall and they drove us there and picked us up without charge. The hotel is located near the UN building and many embassies so the area is very safe.
