Good location, huge comfortable bed, big shower, cold aircon. Breakfast was quite substantial and I loved the different soupes they served every morning.

This hotel is very unique because you have your own private room-house inside the jungle. Adorable trees and plants all over the place and three swimming pools. The rooms are big and comfortable but I must say the bed is little taffy. The staff was very nice and helpful also friendly. The hotel is so near to the airport just 5min away. In front of hotel you can find a nice Thailand restaurant with amazing rice, also you can find and small locals street foods market with fruits and food also. Just 5min walk the lovely beach, with restaurants and trees.

The staff were friendly, it’s in a good location on the beach, there’s shops, food markets and money exchange right outside. There’s a massage place next door called “Thai massage” it was the most professional massage place I went to whilst I was in Thailand. I went 3 times in the 2 days I stayed. The pool was nice- however I didn’t use it as the beach was just outside. The room was really nice. Our flights also got cancelled and we were able to rebook the room without any issues. Staff organised a transfer to the airport for a reasonable price. Overall it was good. This was a really good hotel for 1/2 nights before you fly home as it was 15 minutes from the airport.

Perfect location for air port, shops, beach and transport. Love this hotel, have booked many times. Always start and end Phuket holidays at Nai Yang Beach Resort and Spa

Perfect location, shops and beach just outside. Fabulous restaurants easy transport. So close to the airport but no noise

We arrived early and the receptionists were friendly and let us store our luggage whilst we waited for check-in. The room was clean and had a full-sized fridge with a freezer compartment. The front door firstly opened to a strange, dark room with a sofa in it then in to the main bedroom with twin beds and a sink with the toilet and shower directly off either side of the sink (see negatives section for that). We were given a token for a free drink at the neighbouring restaurant (don't eat there!) The breakfast at the hotel itself was really good with a massive variety although no allergens are listed anywhere. When I informed one of the staff that I'm allergic to peanuts and that I'm vegetarian, they made me a lovely dish up straight away which was great.

The resort is situated across the road from the beach. In the heart of NaiYang. Close to the cafes, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. It had the extras to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a decent variety to choose from. This resort is great if you have young children but do not want to pay big dollars. We stayed in rooms beginning with the number 4. It was large enough to accommodate 2 adults & 2 children under 5. Staff are very pleasant and saw to any requests.

Friendly reception staff right from the beginning. Great location especially after a long flight. Great staff all round. Gardens and 2 X pools clean. Good breakfast. Stayed a few times now and looking forward to staying again.

My third stay at Nai Yang Beach Resort. Mass ratings don't matter. Personal experience is the prime reason I will return. Reception: cheerful, professional staff. Security: gentle and respectful. Always safe at Nai Yang Beach Resort. Cleanliness: The rooms are serviced daily , but why not opt for every second day? Up to you... Location: Directly across the road from Nai Yang Beach. The beach is adjoining Sirinat National Park. Swimming, nature walks and excellent dining are all within metres. Plus it's a short, 10 minute drive from Phuket International Airport.
