Great location, very good breakfasts, rooms clean, bed big and comfortable. Only issue I have is a bit small room, its hard to even open suitcase without putting it on bed. Willl book it again if price wont be to high.

The hotel was perfectly located for us, a 3 min walk to Tomari port and a 20 minutes stroll to Kokusai dori! The amenities were great (especially the pajamas provided) and the room was clean and spacious. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was also nice and had warmed water.

We stayed in the hotel twice for a total of 4 days. The second time we were upgraded to premier which was amazing. Thank you Anita. The rooms were fabulous, spacious and the upgrade was out of this world. The swimming pool bar was wonderful. The laundrette on site was perfect. The location was amazing. Finally the staff were incredible.

Breakfast was huge, lots of choice although more for lunch than breakfast. Free drinks downstairs every day. Pool was amazing. Rooms were decent size, had a fridge.

Breakfast was very good and variety of food for you choice. It served until 11.00 am which was very nice for tourist. I also loved complimentary drinks in the afternoon.

A super location not far from the tram. The Hotel reception was a little cramped, not much space, but the service was still good. We REALLY enjoyed the breakfast, the best we had in the whole of Japan, super selection and cute little cleaning robot. We were a little disappointed you needed to cover tatoos in the pool in the day time, but happy the Hotel had cover up stickers at the reception. The pool area was wonderful both at day time in sun and the evening. We only wish we had more time!

The hotel was a bit of a contradiction. The rooms were nothing special, quite basic, not even glasses in the room. The swimmingly area was very nice (but had very limited seating). The staff were very nice and helpful, but had limited English. The staff at the bar buntuje pool is amazing.
