Staff is nice and kind, the location is great! Everything is in working distance. 5 mins to the tram and Tomari ferry wharf. 10-15 mins to kokusai. The room is actually bigger than I expected and a working desk which is perfect for me!

The hotel was easy to locate and get to. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was reasonably well sized. The evening light drink selection was surprisingly tasty. The buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Beds were big and comfortable. Room size slightly above average Japanese standard with space to open the suitcase. The free breakfast was ok.

AMAZING. There‘s nothing i disliked. Very comfortable bed, bathroom, shower all clean. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Location is good. Thank you very much

Good value at this hotel. Staff were helpful, the included breakfast was great. They had 2 loaner bikes. They gave me the type of room I requested. Clean, mostly quiet, comfortable. I slept well. The front desk lady tried to help me when my flight out was cancelled by ANA, and I needed to use their phone. They were very nice about me using their phone for so long.
