Rooms and toilet were very clean. Staff were very friendly and polite. Location is very near the train station. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Location is great. 5 mins walk to the train station. Lots of good restaurants around. It’s slightly more spacious than the usual Japan hotel rooms but it will still be tight if you have more than one suitcase.The room itself is well laid out and comfortable. It’s very clean and there are many amenities to choose from in the lobby. Quiet

close to jr nagoya station and alot of eateries around. with mister donut just under the building. family mart is a few steps away. laundry room was good for washing.

Location was great! Staff were very lovely - limited english FYI. All the amenities you need, and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help you with anything extra. Breakfast is a voucher to Mr Donut, so if you don't like donuts or pastries then maybe skip it. If you do it though, make sure to try the old fashioned Honey donut.

Spotless clean, very quiet, seems brand new, very fast lifts, few steps away from the train station, many convenience shops around, very nice staff. You can pick what you need at the lobby (razor, toothbrush, face cleaning products including face oil, cream, mask etc). Would definitely stay again!

I like the location, about 200meters from Nagoya Station. The hotel is small but clean and amenities were just right. Toiletries are in the lobby you can pick up when you need them. Sleepwear are provided by the elevator. The hotel management thought of guests' convenience.
