Good room, comfortable bed and good bathrooms. Individual room temperature control. Pillow options if needed. Reasonably close to station.

Good nice breakfast, i enjoyed all the 3 days breakfast even though the serving is repeating but it is too delicious. The spa is also excellent, they provided free face mask where I enjoy my spa with face mask.

Good breakfast, with plenty of choices. Comfortable bed, with choice of pillows (although most of the options were out of stock) Reasonable public bath. Good security. Direct connection (by elevator) from hotel to Unimall (underground mall / shopping / restaurant area)

I really enjoyed this place! Super central - lift directly from UNIMALL. So super close to a bunch of shops and restaurants. I loved the fact they allow you to rent amenities - I got a hair straightener Breakfast was really nice Didn’t use the onsen - but always seemed quiet There’s filtered water in the onsen changing rooms For the women - there’s an extra washing machine inside the onsen room

The hotel was clean, the room quiet and the bed comfortable. We walked from the train station to the hotel very easily, which was convenient for day trips outside Nagoya.

Funky theme room on 16th floor. A great view. Nice amenities and spa lovely. Handy to have laundry facilities. Front desk people provided excellent service, thank you. Nothing too much trouble.

Great location, 10 mins walk from Nagoya Station with underpass walk through Unimall gate 14 you could reach the hotel building and take the elevator to the lobby directly.

Modern, comfortable rooms. Directly connects to Nagoya station through underground passage (Unimall). The bath (not an onsen) is just one relatively small pool, but it's nice nonetheless. Good breakfast.

Very convenient hotel . Near to the train station , staff had very good English and lots of amenities were provided. Rooms we’re on the smaller side but bed was very large. Perfect for a couple or travelling alone
