We had a three day stay. The hotel is located near good restaurants and the castle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Comfy room in a great location handy to stations and a convenience store . Our room was tidy and bed and pillows were great. We didn't realise there was a public bath on the top floor which was a nice surprise. A staff member was able to help us with forwarding our luggage to our next hotel which was a great help. The lobby also smelt delicious! You could even buy the fragrance to bring the smell home with you :)

easy access to two main metro lines. and its located right behind a very popular district for shopping and has many restaurants around. there's smoking room in the lobby.

the staff speaks good English, where they may be wanting, they use Pocket Talk and that works well. The Onsen is great

Good value for money. Location is good, right by Exit 4 of the JR. Staff were helpful and speak (relatively good English). there is a message cushion - very useful. the Onsen is very good.
