My kids absolutely loved the view from the top level hotel room, the broad choice of foods from the breakfast buffet, and the tea-time lounge. My son even said he felt he was staying at a 7! star hotel! (☆☆☆☆☆☆☆) After all, we spent most of our second day in the hotel lounge enjoying tea-time in the lounge area. The kids were so relaxed that they simply didn't want to go.

Very clean and beautifully designed interior, organised and friendly staff, excellent location (10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya train station and 10-mibute walk from the Meitetsu Bus terminal). Rooms were clean with amenities provided (great face wash lotion). Spacious room compared to Tokyo hotels and beds were big and comfortable. Lovely skyline view of the city from our room. Accommodated severe gluten allergy for the breakfast buffet by preparing a separate gluten-free meal for us - ensure to inform the staff of this in advance and the time you will be going for breakfast.

Friendly staff, super clean and modern, the rooms are big with a superb view. It’s not far from Nagoya station, 15 minutes on foot. The breakfast buffet has a big selection

My favourite ever view from a hotel. I could have just looked out of that room for hours and I did. Restaurant was great. Food fabulous both the dinner buffet selection and breakfast. I basically ruined food by taking advantage of it. The view over the Shinkansen track was joyous for the train fan.. beds extremely comfortable..
