The fine print
Extra bed cannot be accommodated in the Standard Queen or Twin Room.Please note that the property only has 1 Standard Twin Room per floor. Guests booking multiple guestrooms will be allocated rooms in different floors, and requests to stay on the same floor are not accepted.For guests staying on the concierge floor:
- Children 12 years and younger can stay free of charge when sleeping in an existing bed.
- A surcharge of JPY 7,500 per day will apply for children between 4 to 12 years sleeping in existing beds.Children 12 years and younger can use the lounge until 19:00.Please note that children with diapers are not allowed in the pool and/or the hot tub.In the pool area, children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult guardian who is at least 20 years of age. Please also note that the property gym is only available to guests 18 years old and above.

This was a fantastic hotel. Lovely helpful staff, gorgeous location and luxurious rooms. The food was also out of this world. The views were phenomenal!

Great location with very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The bathroom is dated but still in good condition. It was great to have a big basin. Large breakfast buffet selection.

Accessibility to Nagoya train station and food options. We appreciated having a room with a view of the train tracks- the kids had fun looking at the trains come and go!

The best thing is the location!It’s located just up at the Nagoya main station (JR,Meitetsu,Kintetsu),and the staffs are friendly!Good for first time visitor of Nagoya,and the guests quality is higher levels.No running and annoying immature people ,no noisy or loudly yelling tourists,everything just good. Most of the guests are Westerners,Japanese,and Taiwanese.
