1. Very convenient location near to subway and reasonable walking distances to nagoya station and sakae. 2. Airport limousine bus provided at the hotel vicinity. 3. Washer and dryer provided for in Espacio room. This is superb!

Beautiful hotel that is con eniently located. Food, shopping and train stations within walking distances. The rooms were big and comfortable. THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL

Access to Espacio lounge where breakfast, PM tea, and evening drinks and even nightcap were offered in a beautiful and quiet floor. Clean and spacious room with little kitchenette and washer/dryer that worked extremely well Direct coach ride opposite hotel to the chubu international airport - extremely convenient

Good location, easy stroll to metro or gallery/museum precinct, many eating places nearby. 24hr hotel reception is handy. We stayed at Nagoya Kanko in December and there were lovely Christmas decorations, big display in the lobby. Very reasonable price for area. Choice of restaurants on site. Excellent breakfast buffet at Cafe Sud. Daily newspaper provided which was a nice touch. Kids enjoyed complimentary 24/7 self service drinks/snacks. All staff very attentive and keep to help.

I loved everything! The staff was so welcoming, nice and helpful, made all the experience so satisfactory. The room was clean with a nice view and I loved that they left me in the room the newspaper everyday.

The room is cozy and nice feeling. The lounge is very elegant design and feels relaxing. Also the free coffee and tea is absolutely nice. We didn’t buy the breakfast. The staff is very friendly. They help us with our luggages to our room.
