The breakfast was quite basic - bread, eggs, pastries, soup, yogurt. So decent but not extravagant. The facilities on the second floor included a lounge with a fireplace, which was unexpected.

Good location overall for the hotel and the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was decent size for Japan, bed was comfortable.

The staffs are very very helpful and friendly. I want to thank Yamaguchi-san, a fine young man, for helping me to secure a booking for renting a car when I could not find any car available for rent. He was humble and very very patient with my questions about some requirements which I was not familiar with. He helped us called other outlets nearby to check avilability. The hotel management should feel proud of his dedication to his duty towards hotel guests. Congratulations! There are convenience stores on both side of the hotel entrance, one just next to the front entrance and the other about 2 mins walk away.

All the staff are friendly and sincere. The room is quite spacious. The onsen is well facilitated clean. All the other facilities are well equipped.

Although a 15min walk from the train station, you feel quite close to everything. The location was perfect for us, quiet yet still felt in the heart of things. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities were awesome. Especially loved the massage chairs and the reading library. The breakfast options whilst not a lot were more than sufficient. There is also a shuttle service back to the train station should you need it.

But our group did enjoy the onsen/spa within the hotel & though breakfast is only bakes of the day, some soup, juice & coffee, it was suppose for a quick bite before going out.

Public bath was nice, they also have many other things like massage chairs, bedrock bath, lounge area. The free breakfast was also good - good selection!

The "spa floor" is awesome. Nice common bath with few different pools, massage chairs (which were so much fun), "bedrock" room, manga and TV area, gym, and a laundry. Breakfast was also decent. Have few types of croissants and some other options to choose from.
