Very good location. The staff are very kind and helpful. Rooms are pretty small. Breakfast is tasty, but the selection is a bit limited.

Decent location, both the station and Nagoya castle are within 30 minutes walk and there is a metro stop nearby. Room cleaned daily, and when I didn't want to be disturbed in the morning they left fresh towels outside my room. Staff were friendly.

The free breakfast was pretty good. Coin-operated laundry and vending machines were nice. The staff were very kind and attentive. They did their best to provide help and service when needed. They had a delivery service in where they were kind to help fill in the form for me in Japanese. They were always very kind and friendly.

The location was actually really great! You can easily reach pretty much anything from the hotel (train, metro, etc) and Nagoya castle is at walk-able distance. The staff was really kind!
